The NYT just released a little spread for the apartment of artist Catharine Warren at 120 East 80th street. We were just walking down 80th street and have to say the building looks every inch as nice in person as it does in the above picture. The best part of the article occurs when Warren reveals how one of her thrift-store furniture purchases turned out to be the exiled table of a friend she had over. That must have been awkward.
