This fantastic townhouse on East 71st street is finally under contract. It got off to a rough start - it's original asking of just under $25 million took a serious beating. But now, at $16.95 million, it has safely entered into contract.

We may be sad to see this listing go, but we certainly won't shed a tear for its bubblegum pink dining room. We also won't miss that unpleasantly spacious (since when have those two words ever described NY real estate?) entry hall either.

On second though, we might not actually be that sad to see this house off. Until next time!
