We've seen a lot of floor plans, but the one at this listing at 850 Park Ave is - just as the Corcoran's Brett Gabrel describes it - 'one of the best.' We're really into that expansive and octagonal gallery, the clever closet space, and the totally separate bedroom wing, all of which are inherent to the building's B-line units. We also like the added flexibility those two in-tact maids rooms provide. With a floor plan this lovable, we can appreciate why the current owners seem content celebrating Valentine's Day everyday. And at $5.350 million, love is definitely in the air.
