The Department of Parks and Recreation has proposed the construction of four inflatable bubbles, which will house several of Central Park's tennis courts for five months of the year. Friends of the UES is concerned that the bubbles will cause undue 'air, noise, and light pollution' and significant spikes in usage fees. If you're against the bubbles, then sign this petition.
