Obviously, the 'listed by owner' bit on StreetEasy tipped us off, but there are a few other ways to pick up on this nuance. First, the pictures aren't perfect (enter that miscellaneous man in the background of Living Room Picture 1). Second, the description contains phraseology like 'Live Where the Stars Live!' And last, the owners decided to price it at $8.5 million, or about $1.5 million more than its April list price. An unorthodox move for sure, but in 15 CPW, anything goes!
